FTC Disclosure Compliance Rules

The Federal Trade Commission established new rules for Disclosure Compliance in 2015 to ensure that readers or viewers of web media are informed if the blogger or publisher has any sponsorships, endorsements, or partnerships with other companies. It is necessary for readers to know if the content publisher is earning money by sharing a link or promoting a product.

To comply with the FTC guidelines, it is assumed that the following applies to links and posts on Cat Food Savvy:

What Are Affiliate Links?
